Frequently Asked Questions

What is the easiest way to insert and remove the bottle from the Squeezi?

Wet the inside of the silicone sleeve with water to help it slide over the bottle easier.

My new Squeezi doesn't appear to have a slit. What do I do?

The slit (opening) in the Squeezi can sometimes seal tightly during transit. Pinch the tip of the dispense bulb to loosen the seal and reopen the slit. This only occurs occasionally on brand new Squeezi units. If you need further assistance just reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to help.

What is the best way to mount the Squeezi?

The heavy duty suction cup can securely mount the Squeezi on smooth clean vertical surfaces. We recommend properly cleaning and drying the mounting surface before attaching the suction cup. We advise against wetting the suction cup before installation since this may cause it to slide down the wall.

Install the adhesive-backed mount disc on tiled/textured walls in order to give the suction cup a smooth surface to mount to. We recommend properly cleaning and drying the mounting surface before attaching the adhesive-backed mount disc. To install the disc, remove the backing paper to expose the sticky adhesive surface. Press and hold the adhesive surface against the wall firmly for at least 30 seconds. Install the suction cup onto the smooth surface of the adhesive-backed mount disc.

Does the Squeezi work with thick and thin liquids?

Yes! The Squeezi was designed to work with thin shampoos as well as thick conditioners. The squeeze bulb fills with liquid when the bottle is inverted and you're ready to dispense. Thick liquids may take a little longer to initially fill the bulb. A hard shake can speed up the process.

Can I use the Squeezi with food and drink products?

No. Do not use the Squeezi with food or beverages. The Squeezi is for use with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash only.

What size bottles does Squeezi work with?

The Squeezi was designed to fit most 10-18 oz. (290-530 mL) bottles.

What's the best way to remove the adhesive-backed mount plate?

The easiest method to remove the mount plate is to slide a piece of dental floss behind the disc to separate the adhesive from the wall. Applying a little heat with a hair dryer can help soften the adhesive. Once the disc is removed from the wall use rubbing alcohol or an adhesive remover (e.g. Goo-Gone or Goof Off) to clean off any remaining residue. Please keep in mind that once the disc is removed it is not reusable.
